Stir contents of one (1) sachet in 2 oz of apple juice or water. You can also mix the sachet contents in a tablespoon of yogurt before consuming it. We suggest taking the product on an empty stomach, if possible. Take the contents of one (1) sachet in the morning and one (1) sachet at night.
Each box contains 60 sachets which constitute a 30-day supply.
